A Fever I Won't Sweat OutThis yellow brick road has caught us whole,  it’s pulling us down in the undertow.  Is that old witch here  to scare us away?  Is it strange that I'm not showing fear?   
And the path well beaten is looking for revenge.  Just how much are you willing to avenge?  I'm not sure how long I can resist,  but I'm sure what I’ll find  will be better than this!

TP - NineLynette came to live with Kaleigh and Renaldo after their father was buried. The morning after Renaldo and Lynette finally had their reunion, Kaleigh had suddenly appeared, a smile on her face, trying dumbly to help a befuddled Millicent clean a large, ornate vase. Yes, it was a little shocking to the other three, but they took it as a good sign of her recovery. She had always been a rather fragile person in the head. William left early the next day, and the new family left that afternoon so they could arrive at their destination in the morning.

Hello everyone, I'm Kath. I'm a fourteen year old aspiring writer with multiple in progress novels and a crap load of awesome friends. If you haven't met ~reinvent-life ( ~britaingrl ), ~v-e-r-t-i-g-e ( ~DancypantsII ) ( ~Dancypants ), ~musicalgenius321, ~morillesbelles, ~stopthebus, ~zeker287, ~Fair-Maiden-Yonder, ~Claire4522, ~so--tellme ~mavmunk, ~Brit-TexGrl13 or ~DarkDragonViper ( even though the last three are never on ) you're missing out, really.

I'm a compulsive short story writer and I pop out about a thousand words plus everyday, just to keep my mind rolling. I love alternative music and sometimes a little bit of folk music or electric, depnding on the group. My favorite band: Panic! At The Disco, and don't try to persuade me otherwise. ( c: ) I can't wait to meet all of you, until then, Kath.

Summer

Finally I'm out of school for the summer. Finals just ended yesterday and I feel like a bird let loose from the cage--it's a good feeling, really, and also kind of a scary one. To keep it metaphorical, I guess it's as though I'm heading out into a new world now. I can't believe how little time I have left before I'm really an adult: three months before I'm a highschooler, a year and a half until I get my driver's licence, a year and a half until I can get a job, three and a half more years until college, three and a half more years before I can legally get married in the state of Texas, six and a half more years until I can legally drink...It's scary. Luckily, though, I have a few friends in highschool right now, so I shouldn't be completley alone. Also, I'm very excited because I'm going to be the only freshman on the Imagination Literary Magazine Editor Board next year ( I'm editing fiction ).

What happened was: I was checking my e-mail when I got a letter from one of the highschool teachers, Mr. Nathan, giving me an application to sign up for the highschool editorial board to possibly be the only freshman on the team or, if worse came for wear, just another member of the staff. ( I'm not sure if anyone else was sent an invitation, but I felt pretty damn special after that ) So I sent in the application just like he asked and about a week later he told me that I had been chosen out of every one who applied to be on the board as their fiction editor! Oh wow it was really exciting!

Also, me and my friends performed Seasons of Love for our school for graduation. It was really a lot of fun, and we got a standing ovation afterwards, which made me feel really good. c:

Anyways, other than that I've got camp coming up in a few weeks and I can't wait to go. I've been dying to go back to camp for so long--and this year, I've so got the Order of the Arrow award in the bag. I never really put in too much of an effort to win it, but for some reason, this year I really want to try and win.
